Becky Wilburn knows firsthand what it means to pack up a life and start fresh somewhere new. As the wife of a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, she experienced the unique demands of military life — relocations, new communities, and the constant work of turning an unfamiliar place into home. That season of her life gave her something invaluable: a deep, personal understanding of how much the right support can mean when everything around you is changing.

Before joining Smooth Transitions in 2023, Becky built her professional foundation in real estate, beginning as an executive assistant and earning her broker's license along the way. That combination of lived experience and professional expertise gives her a rare ability to truly meet families where they are — with both the practical knowledge to guide them and the empathy to make them feel genuinely cared for.

When she's not helping families navigate their next chapter, Becky and her husband Calvin can be found supporting a nonprofit girls' volleyball club alongside their daughters. She also loves baking, creating artwork, and staying strong in the weight room.
